6. Ready-to-Ship Products
Ready-to-Ship products are generally dispatched on the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST), subject to stock availability. Orders received after the cut-off time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
7. Pre-Order Products
Products marked as Pre-Order are manufactured after receiving the order.

Production time does not include courier transit time. Some customized or special products may require additional production time.

Our fabric backdrops are manufactured using premium-quality fabric. Since the maximum fabric roll width is 5 feet, larger backdrop sizes may contain stitched joints. These joints are part of the normal manufacturing process and are not considered manufacturing defects. Slight variations in color between production batches may also occur.
11. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Many of our products are handcrafted. Minor variations in:

are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be treated as defects.
12. Product Safety

13. Returns & Replacements
Customers must inspect the package immediately upon delivery. For transit damage or manufacturing defects:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide a complete unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted. Returns are accepted only for:
- Transit damage
- Manufacturing defects
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect ordering
- Minor color variations
- Handmade variations
- Normal wear and tear
14. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by AK Prop Store.
